The team of founding partners
of PROMOTORA CERCIN
is composed of eleven professionals joined by a profound sense of friendship,
emanating from their high school days which finished in 1950. The members
of the team, all of them of a real high standard of performance, are the

José Joaquín Acosta, civil engineer who worked in New York with a consulting company, served as traffic expert for an international organization located in Washington, DC. He has undertaken big construction contracts in both Puerto Rico and Colombia, and at the moment is managing a factory producing building materials. |
Armando Archila, business administrator with wide experience in trading aspects of an assortment of products, an activity to which he has devoted his entire life. At the moment he collaborates in the management of a huge vehicle repair shop. |

Pedro Bergman, agricultural expert, with a wide experience in the development of new products, as well as their local and foreign marketing, including several European countries. He has worked in both public and private sectors in Colombia and Venezuela. At the moment he is managing a large cattle raising farm in Colombia. |
Jaime Diaz, chemical engineer, who has been responsible for the management of a number of industrial concerns in Colombia. At the moment he is in the process of establishing, in the neighborhood of Bogota, a new enterprise for the production of raw materials widely used by the chemical industry. |

Camilo Jaramillo, has worked mainly in the foreign trade field in various companies and institutions in Colombia and Brazil, as well as in an international organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, for which he was Senior Adviser on Trade Developmentover a decade. At the moment he is active in the consultancy field. |
Jose Hilario Lugo, lawyer who has worked as an independent professional, has also experience in the real estate business. At present he is adviser and consultant in the areas of his specialization to various companies located in Bogota. |

Pablo Mejía, civil engineer, initially worked in the United States, and later on in Colombia with one of the big oil companies, from which he retired on due time. Actually he is managing his own insurance agency, located in Bogota, able to handle all types of insurance. |
Alfonso Miranda, lawyer, specialized in labor and agricultural subjects, with an ample domain of public finance, has a wide experience in public and private sectors. He runs his own law firm, through which he provides advise to large local and foreign companies. |

Samuel Noreña, chemical engineer, has worked in a variety of enterprises located in Colombia, Peru and the United States. Throughout such experiences he was able to show his technical creativity and commercial entrepreneurial ability. At the moment he is adviser to local and foreign companies in various fields of his specialization. |
Julio Rebolledo, with technical training in the U. S., has devoted his entire professional life tothe handling of agricultural matters, including the industrialization of a number of food items. He has also been very successful in the development of one of the best Brahma cattle facilities in South America, a subject in which he is still working very actively. |

Alvaro Sarmiento, has a wide commercial experience, derived from his involvement in managing marketing developments and undertakings, of an assorted and quite diverse nature, throughout his entire life. At the moment he is retired. |
