This approach will be based on the availability in Colombia of highly qualified workers, which have proven being able to manufacture competitive products, from a quality and price point of view. We recognize that the challenge presented by other countries with comparable conditions might be very difficult to overcome. However, the advantages offered by PROMOTORA CERCIN derive from its unique organizational structure, which as far as we know does not exist in similar companies.

PROMOTORA CERCIN is at the moment in its initial development stage. For that very reason we are in the process of undertaking a concentrated program aiming at identifying labor intensive products that are widely demanded abroad. Subsequently, we will be in a position to identify the more efficient and best-qualified local producers who will be able to effectively comply with the requirements indicated by the foreign buyers and to satisfy their needs. Such process will also prove beneficial to all parties concerned, since it will give a clear indication of the more dynamic markets and of the corresponding buyers, on which to concentrate the future work of PROMOTORA CERCIN.

The foreign trade regulations governing sales abroad are so liberal in Colombia that PROMOTORA CERCIN will be in a position to import any raw material, from whatever origin, and to transform or incorporate it into the finished product. Special attention will be given to sub-contracting arrangements with large foreign buyers. This will ensure the quality level and standards required by the consumers abroad.
