PROMOTORA CERCIN is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2001 by a team of professionals, based in Bogota, Colombia. All of the founding partners have a wide experience in different technical and commercial fields. All of them avail themselves of ample time and resources, being this a factor that will enable them to positively contribute in the carrying out of the wide range of activities which have been foreseen for PROMOTORA CERCIN. Such privileged situation and support will ensure, right from the beginning, the success of the new enterprise.

The founding partners integrate the Board of Directors of PROMOTORA CERCIN, and to that end they devote as much time and effort as required. Their involvement with the company is mainly in the form of carrying out research and studies of a varied nature, as well as in the definition of the individual programs on a product basis, that will effectively lead to the identification of exportable products and attractive markets, as well as to the opening of new export avenues.

One of the members of the Board of Directors acts as Executive Director of the Company, on a permanent basis, and is supported in that role by another member, who substitutes him during his temporary absences.

The full dedication of the very experienced partners supporting PROMOTORA CERCIN without collecting any salary, results in a very profitable performance, since there are no significant salary and other related charges. The staff of PROMOTORA CERCIN who receives a salary will be limited to those technicians required for carrying out each export program. For each product consolidation and export program there will be a full time Manager, whose salary will vary in accordance with the significance and profitability of each individual program.

Such approach guarantees not only high efficiency but the availability of extremely competitive prices.
