The achievement of the objectives

be accomplished through the systematic implementation of a work program
that has been carefully studied, and is conceived in the three phases
shown below

| The planing phase: | i. Preparation of plans and programs on a product basis | |
| ii. Preparation of samples and/or countersamples | ||
| iii. Preparation of programs to be presented to eventual sponsors | ||
| The production and | i. Preliminary selection of markets | |
| marketing phase: | ii. Contacts with buyers | |
| iii. Definition of sale contracts | ||
| iv. Organization of mass production | ||
| v. Supervision of production | ||
| vi. Shipment, collections, distribution of benefits to participants | ||
| vii. Getting new sale contracts | ||

In the future, there
will be an additional development
phase, which will be implemented once the PROMOTORA
CERCIN has gained more experience. Such phase will include:
